Insights Business Psychology Ltd is a collective of Chartered Business Psychologists, founded by Michelle Minnikin. Michelle is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is on the board of The Association for Business Psychology.


We are experts in the science of work. Insights Business Psychology exists to solve the critical people and talent issues facing our clients, both large and small. 

We have extensive experience and knowledge supporting both public and private sector organisations.

We help organisations select and develop the best people and support individuals with their careers through leadership coaching and mentoring to enable them to fulfil their potential.
